Cozy + Woodsy Bedroom

Cabin Look-Book: Bedroom

A bedroom should be so many things; inviting, calming, relaxing..but most of all c o z y. When designing a color scheme for the cabin bedroom I wanted to make sure it was going to a room that anyone could retreat to and feel right at home.

I have had so much fun making these little "mood-boards" to get my mind wrapped around what I want each room to look like. I have done a TON of online shopping and browsing to get lots of ideas. I have been using Wayfair.com to make idea boards. I can save items to different boards, and if I decide I want to purchase that item I just move it to my shopping cart. It is so easy!

My goal for the bedroom at the cabin is to mix in warm colors with rustic touches. I also want to have a lot of texture with wooden frames and patterned pillows. I am sticking with the same color pallet I shared a few posts back in my Cabin Look-Book to keep it consistent.

The time has come to actually start purchasing decor and furniture for the cabin, I can't believe it! I am doing some local shopping this weekend to see what all I can find. After that I will probably do most of my shopping online. Some of the sites I love are WayfairTarget, and Wal-Mart for online shopping. I plan on posting my shopping list in a later post for you all once we have everything decorated.

Where do you all like to do your online shopping? Any places I didn't list, comment below I would love some recommendations. Check back in for "Look-Books'" for the rest of the cabin later into next week!

The colors and design of a home should be a reflection of the people who live inside.
