House on Pawnee

Hey everyone! Okay I can't ignore the fact that it has been forever since I have posted on my blog.

Life has been so busy that I have just been trying to soak it all up and take it in. I decided a while back I would do a before and after post of our fixer upper once it was all finished.. and guess what? It is FINISHED! 

Two months later and tons of late nights (as usual) this cute little home is renovated from floor to ceiling! This house just happened to be located right up the road from where we live so the stress level was way lower this time around. It made it so much more enjoyable and so much easier being only about 5 minutes away from this project. A big change compared to the 45 minute drive we had while building the cabin! 

This flip was definitely different than the lake house, or the cabin because this is the first place we have flipped to immediately turn around and sell. My design and interior choices were definitely different in the fact they were very budget friendly. At the same time I wanted to come up with something that was also beautiful and something anyone could love and enjoy. We are so proud to be completed with this cute home and truly hope it can be the perfect fit for someone.

Now onto the good stuff.. the before and after photos! What would a fixer upper post be with out those?! I'm not going to lie to you, when we first stepped inside this house we were a little scared. It was very dirty, run down, and honestly just not well taken care of at all. I am thankful we were able to see past all of the luckiness because WOAH what a transformation this place took!
